8. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and deliverables created by White Paper Accounts Auditing remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. We will return client documents upon request.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
